Personnel Analysis

This personnel diagram shows the way the company will adjust with growth. As the company grows it will first hire for specialized positions. This will help create the foundation for how the company operates the specific process in which the specialized worker is in charge of. These operations will then be standardized as a way to lower the qualifications for the role and give the company the ability to expand in this area without needing to keep hire specialized workers. The company will then find a way to automate processes through technology which give the company the ability to grow in specific directions without the need to take on more staff. The purpose of this method is to create a method for the company to grow efficiently but reduce the number of workers it takes overtime to accomplish a task. The ultimate goal is to allow the company to grow and become more efficient and profitable in the process.
